LNB, LLC
will only allow Ice cream and birthday cakes to be brought in to the facility
for parties. All other food will be
catered and ordered by the facility 2.
You may
arrive 15 minutes before your reserved party time.
Early or pre-admission is not allowed. 3.
All
birthday cakes and ice cream may be brought in on the day and at the time of the
scheduled birthday party. 4.
A final
count of the number of adults and children in your party should be called no
later than 7 days prior to your parties scheduled date 5.
You are
allowed 2 hours in the party area. You will need to vacate your party area for
cleaning of the party area for the next party reservation. You may stay in the
facility and play area. 6.
Cancellations
must be made 7 days in advance of the date for your party and receive a full
refund of your deposit. A
cancellation less then seven days would mean a loss of deposit. 7.
Rescheduling-You
may reschedule your party at any time prior to the seventh day before your party
without losing your deposit. If you
reschedule inside of the seven days prior to your booked date your deposit is
forfeited. A reschedule must be
within six months of the original planned date. 8.
Socks
must be worn at all times by both adults and children. 9.
Pinatas
are not allowed in the facility due to safety reasons. 10.
Orders
taken for catered food must be paid at the time of ordering the food.
This order may not be changed or cancelled once ordered. 11.
Dining
areas are determined by the size of party to ensure adequate space for your
party. Non-private rooms for
smaller parties and private rooms for larger parties. 12.
LNB,
LLC is not held responsible for stolen or lost items during the party. 13.
A
12% gratuity will be added at the register for all parties requiring an
attendant 14.
LNB,
LLC will accept all credit cards
and debit cards for deposit. 15.
Personal
checks are accepted. A $30.00 fee
will be issued for all returned checks. |
